Degree and Certificate Programs - Programs Leading to a Certificate of Achievement

In certificate programs, students complete a series of technical courses in their major designed to provide them with the skills necessary to gain employment and succeed in entry level positions. All certificate programs involve an externship, clinical rotation, and/or practical experience working in a physician's office, hospital, clinic or other appropriate locations.

Programs Leading to an Associate in Science Degree

 In our Associate of Science (A.S.) degree programs, students complete the requirements as outlined above. All degree programs involve an externship, clinical rotation, and/or practical experience working in a physicianís office, hospital, clinic or other appropriate location. In addition, students complete courses that expose them to five areas of general education: Communication; Mathematics; Social Science; Humanities; and Natural Science.
